Certification Appeals Process

How can I submit an appeal of my certification application or examination outcome?

To appeal your application or examination result, please send a formal letter of appeal to the ACA Certifications Commission via email to acaprodev@aca.org. Please provide the following information in your letter of appeal:

  • Name
  • Contact Information (Telephone number, email address, mailing address)
  • Details of Concern
  • Examination Date
  • Desired Resolution

Appeals must be requested within 30 days of the application or examination date.
