To order by email, contact: memberships@aca.org and by phone, call us toll-free at 1-800-222-5646. We need your credit card number, expiration date, the cardholder's name as it appears on the card and the billing address along with your order information: name and item number of the product you are ordering, number of copies of each item, and shipping address. Our hours of operation are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
FAX/MAIL:
You are welcome to fax an ACA order form with credit card payment information or a valid institutional/agency purchase order form to 240-396-2473. Order forms and check/money order payments may be mailed to: ACA, Customer Service Department, 206 N. Washington St., Suite 200, Alexandria, Virginia 22314. Please do not fax and mail your order, or send a duplicate copy for confirmation. This may cause a duplication of your order. You may call our customer service department at 1-800-222-5646 to confirm receipt of an order.

To Place a Standing Order:
ACA's four directories and standards supplements are available for standing-order service. If you wish to be placed on a standing-order for these publications as they are printed, please send a letter stating the title or titles you wish, and a request to be placed on the standing-order list. Include your billing and shipping addresses. You will begin receiving the most current edition. Confirmation letters and payment requests are mailed to standing-order customers approximately six weeks before new titles are issued.
